Delete Your Account
Option 1 - From the Rahat App (Recommended)
- Open the Rahat app.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your request.
Option 2 - Contact Support
If you cannot access the app, email:

Please include:
- Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address
Our team may verify your identity before processing the request.
What Happens After Deletion?
Upon successful verification:
The following information will be permanently deleted:
- Your Rahat account
- Personal profile information
- Saved preferences
- Referral information
- Login credentials
Information We May Retain
To comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations, we may retain certain records, including:
- Payment records
- Transaction history
- Subscription invoices
- Records required for fraud prevention or legal compliance
Retained information will only be used for these purposes.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically completed within 7 business days.
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
