Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

- Cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

- Use automated tools to access Rahat.
- Engage in fraudulent activity.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Transaction Records

All Rahat content, trademarks, branding, logos, graphics, software, and intellectual property remain the property of Fayida Portal L.L.C. or its licensors.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rahat acts as a platform connecting users with merchant offers.

- Merchant products or services.
- Offer availability.
- Pricing errors made by merchants.
- Technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
