Before activation
Cancellation requests may be submitted before subscription activation. If you wish to cancel before your subscription becomes active, contact us at support@fayida.io as soon as possible.
After activation
Once a subscription has been activated, cancellation may not be available. Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take up to 45 days.
How to request a cancellation
Email support@fayida.io with your account details and the reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm whether the request is eligible under this policy.
